Pavement build-ups are specified job-by-job. Residential driveways typically use 40–50mm of dense-graded asphalt over compacted road base; commercial car parks and roads step up to layered constructions with heavier base courses. We match the build-up to the expected axle loading and turnover.

Foot traffic is generally fine within a few hours. Light vehicle traffic after 24 hours. For heavy vehicles and turning traffic we recommend 48–72 hours where practical, especially in hot weather when the mix is slower to fully harden.

Yes. We hand over documented workmanship warranty appropriate to the scope. Underlying sub-grade conditions and abnormal use are excluded — those are addressed at the site-assessment stage before we quote.

No fixed minimum. We take on single pothole patches through to full civil packages. Smaller residential jobs are typically scheduled alongside other work in the area to keep pricing reasonable.

Yes — recycled asphalt product (RAP) surfaces are available for driveways, private roads and rural access. It diverts material from landfill and can be a cost-effective alternative where finish requirements allow.
